React Native Platform — App Infrastructure

• Owned the React Native platform serving 20M+ consumer and 250K+ associate users — migrated the associate app from Expo managed workflow to bare React Native (Fabric/New Architecture), established TypeScript standards and Redux Toolkit state architecture adopted across all feature teams.
• Built the cross-platform Design System SDK — Figma Tokens + Style Dictionary compiled to React Native + SwiftUI + UIKit; governed component API contracts across 15 grocery banners.
• Architected SDUI experimentation layer — enabled zero-deploy A/B testing, reduced time-to-experiment from weeks to hours; drove 90K daily active users on the associate platform.
• Authored native modules across the JS↔native boundary — Live Activities bridge (ActivityKit), UWB/Nearby Interaction module, JSI/Fabric debugging under New Architecture on iOS and Android.
• Designed and maintained the mobile CI/CD platform — Bitrise + Fastlane + EAS for OTA releases; Appium E2E and XCTest gates before every App Store / Play Store release.
• Architected enterprise data pipeline — GCP → Kafka → Azure Data Factory → Azure SQL with Protegrity PII tokenization; analytics for 250K-employee workforce data.

• Geofencing & adaptive in-store experience — Core Location geofence triggers switching the app into an in-store mode with distinct UI (product search, aisle wayfinding, real-time inventory) vs. the standard browse experience.
• Payment gateway for cart and checkout — end-to-end checkout on iOS and React Native; Apple Pay integration; PCI-compliant data handling with certificate pinning and tokenized card storage via Keychain.
• Deals, offers, and personalized promotions — weekly ads, coupon clipping, push notification surfaces for targeted deal delivery to 20M+ users.
• Product search and discovery — typeahead, faceted filtering, relevance-ranked results; REST + GraphQL with multi-layer caching for sub-200ms response.
• OAuth 2.0 and SAML SSO — consumer and associate app auth via MSAL + SAML federation; Zero Trust with biometric re-auth (Face ID + Keychain).
• Profiled and optimized with Xcode Instruments — sub-2-second cold-start across 20M+ monthly active users.

• Established mobile architecture standards for mission-critical aviation apps — MVVM, offline-first data sync, CI/CD (Fastlane + XCTest) — adopted across a 12-engineer team.
• Architected offline-first real-time data sync for flight data and operational information with zero network dependency; reduced regression 40% via XCTest automation.
